Scout Masters, Guide Captains, Dear Scouts and Guides, it is true that you will not get anything in return but I am sure that this curriculum will make you a better person in the society. You get to know a lot of thing, which you cannot know in your daily life.
Being a Scout or Guide or being a part of the movement is not a great thing. But being a True Scout or Guide is very difficult. One day you must be in a position to fell from inside that yes I am true Scout or Guide as I am able to feel or say today. The people around you should talk about you as a true person and good citizen. They must be pleased by your behavior. Let our Friends, Relatives and Neighbors feel that yes you are really different from other students. Let each and everybody including a common man in your society knows about you and our movement. Let them feel the importance of our Movement. Let them feel that you're a true citizen.
Let The  Founder Lord Baden Powell feel proud that his children are on their way. Let us rise above his expectations and make him happy. Let us make him realize that we are "Always Prepared". Let him feel that yes Scouts and Guides are his own image scattered all across the world. Let us come together and make our Movement much Bigger and Stronger. Let each and every body know that ours is truly and international organization. I am sure that the Scouts and Guides will actively take part in the program and make it a big success.
